This is Scottish tablet at its most traditional: golden-brown, slightly granular, and made with no preservatives at all. The recipe dates back to the early 1900s and we've kept it exactly as it was, just scaled up in our open pan boilers. Poured onto cast-iron cooling tables, cut by hand, and shipped fresh from our Glasgow factory.

Shelf life: Approximately 5 weeks from production (no preservatives).
